What is Chest Bend?
Chest Bend evaluates posture and understands how the chest changes its bend throughout the backswing.
Definition: The forward/backward bend (tilt) of your chest. Vertical is zero and forward is positive, backward is negative.
How to Apply Chest Bend
📍 At Address — Check Forward Bend
Compare their forward bend at address to their Chest Lead Side Bend at the top to understand how their posture changes throughout the backswing.
📍 At the Top — Check Chest Bend
In the backswing, monitor Chest Bend to make sure it isn’t too negative (extension) or too positive (flexion).
